As the Associate Director for Knowledge Building and Research Dissemination at the Ash Institute, Bruce Jackan works with the Institute Director to develop the Institute’s research agenda; oversee content of occasional papers and case studies; and manage book projects and curriculum development. Prior to joining the Ash Institute in 2006, Jackan directed research operations for an Armenian-based research center, directed product management for an online realty company, and served as an officer in the U.S. Army. He holds a MBA from the Haas School of Business, University of California-Berkeley, and a M.A. in political science from Harvard University.
