Christina Marchand is the associate director for outreach for the Innovations in American Government Awards Program at the Ash Institute. Marchand is responsible for managing the annual outreach and application process for the Innovations in American Government Program, including recruiting and developing relationships with agencies that apply to the program. She also manages the development of dissemination strategies for winning programs, in order to encourage the replication of Innovations Award-winning government programs throughout the country and beyond. Marchand has worked with the Innovations Program since 2001. She holds a B.A. in history and classics from the University of New Hampshire and a M.A. from King’s College London.
