Gang Xue is a joint Ph.D. candidate sponsored by the China Scholarship Council. He is a doctoral candidate at the School of Management from Central University for Nationalities, China. Xue has received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in administrative management. He has worked as civil servant in township government, county government, and provincial government in China for five years. His research focuses on governance and reforms of Chinese government.
