Kara O'Sullivan is the associate director for Evaluation for the Innovations in American Government Awards Program at the Ash Institute. O’Sullivan is responsible for managing the administrative and evaluative processes for the annual Innovations in American Government Awards Program. Prior to joining the Innovations Program she worked for the National Park Service. O’Sullivan received both her B.A. and M.A. in history from Providence College.
