Kathy O’Brien is program coordinator for China Programs at Asia Programs. O’Brien provides curricular and logistical support for China-related training programs and conferences, among them the Beijing Executive Public Management Program, the Hong Kong LEAD Program and, since its inception in 2002, the China’s Leaders in Development Program. After graduation from Boston College, O’Brien was an elementary school teacher. Before coming to Harvard Kennedy School, she worked for many years as a study abroad counselor for Harvard undergraduates.
