Yang Li is a Ph.D. candidate at the School of Public Policy and Management at Tsinghua University in China, a joint Ph.D. program sponsored by China Scholarship Council. She is majoring in public policy and management and specializing in international relations and foreign policy, with a focus on U.S.-China relations. Yang holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Science and Technology, Beijing. With an in-depth knowledge of government and business administration, she is exploring the area of the global governance as her subject with a focus on both global governance and comparative policies on the environment of some major countries.
