Yu Hao, professor of education, is currently president of Xian International Studies University in Shaanxi, China and teaches courses related to higher education development in China. He worked with the Department of Education of Shaanxi People’s Government and was engaged for many years in higher education policies and quality assurance programs in the province. He is sponsored by the China Scholarship Council, and his research focuses on the Quality Assurance System of American Higher Education. Mr. Hao Yu holds a M.A. in Linguistics from Northern Illinois University and a Ph.D. in education from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, China.
