Neil McCullagh has managed international development programs for non-government organizations in Kosovo, Mongolia, and Azerbaijan. He has implemented development programming in several sectors including reconstruction, private sector development, business services, community development, and local government training. Most recently, he served as country director in Azerbaijan for CHF International (www.chfinternational.org), where he led a grassroots democracy development program, funded by the US Agency for International Development. His particular interests include methods for increasing citizen participation and increasing civil society organizations’ contribution to US public diplomacy. McCullagh is a native of Massachusetts. He earned a B.A. from Boston College and an M.B.A. from Boston University. |
