Susan Valaskovic

Susan Valaskovic is associate director for International Programs and Training at the Ash Institute. Prior to joining the Institute, she served as a deputy director of Vice President Al Gore’s Reinventing Government staff in the United States, and as a principal advisor to President Vicente Fox’s Office of Innovation and Quality in Mexico. She is a leading expert on federal government innovation and reform efforts. Valaskovic has consulted with more than 30 sub-national and central governments, and has published articles on good government, principles of innovation, and customer service. She is a Phi Beta Kappa from Drake University and has completed graduate studies in public affairs and public administration. |
